Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days for store credit only. Once you receive your order, you then have up to 14 days to get the item back to us. We must receive the item within those 14 days or there will be a $10 fee per item deducted from your store credit. Item must be in the condition it was sent : unworn and tags still attached / in the original package. 

Sale items are final sale. Pre-order items are final sale. Shoes are final sale. Jewelry / Accessories are final sale. Rowdy Crowd & 2 Fly collections are final sale. Gift cards are final sale.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please send back to the return address on your package.

Store credit will be issued when your return is received. If you used a payment plan, your credit will be less 6% to cover the fees we have to pay. If you received free shipping, it will be deducted from your credit.

If you have multiple orders and I can ship them together, you will be reimbursed the shipping difference in store credit.

No orders will be cancelled. 

DAMAGED ITEMS — must contact within 7 days of delivery if your order is damaged for us to make it right with you. No replacements/refunds will be made after that. Items worn multiple times will not be replaced or refunded.
